How discreet is my package?

All orders are shipped discreetly in plain packaging. Your package will not have any markings or graphics that will give away the nature of your order. Even the return address is discreet.

Can I make a special order for an item that is not in your store?

Yes, contact us with your request and we will notify you within 24 hours of availability.

Can I cancel an order?

We pride ourselves in processing your order promptly. If your order has reached our processing center your order can not be cancelled. We will however provide you with your tracking number. If you wish not to keep your order once it arrives you can refuse the shipment and restocking fees of 10% will be applied. Shipping is not refundable.

How can I track my order?

As soon as we ship your order, we will send you an e-mail confirmation, which will include your tracking number. If, for some reason, you do not receive this confirmation e-mail, please contact us and we will send you your tracking number.

What is your Privacy Policy?

We are committed to protecting your privacy. We use the information we collect about you to process orders and nothing more.

When you order, we need to know your name, e-mail address, and shipping address, This allows us to process and fulfill your order and to notify you of your order status. We need your phone number to contact you in case we need any further information about your order.

We have partnered with Authorize.Net, a leading payment gateway since 1996, to accept credit cards safely and securely for our customers. We also accept Amazon Pay. Your credit card statement will show a purchase from AW Products.
